Glamour in a Bowl

What scrumptious delight I laboured for Thanksgiving dinner:

Ingredients:
  • 2 avocados
  • 100g caviar. Beluga for flavour. Red for colour.
  • 1 fresh lime
Preparation:
  • Cut open avocados, mash into bowl
  • Blend in caviar with non-metal spoon
  • Squeeze in whole lime. Enlist help from strong, male dinner guest
  • Pinch of salt. Dash of ground black pepper
Serve with crudités, crackers and pre-dinner cocktails.
